LAS CRUCES โ The New Mexico State Athletic Department is postponing its Aggie Caravan that was set to start this week with stops in Farmington, Los Alamos, Santa Fe and Albuquerque. The postponement is result of the recent vacancy for the head men's basketball coach position as Director of Athletics, Mario Moccia, will begin a national search immediately.
"With the developments over the weekend regarding our men's basketball program, it is necessary to postpone the four scheduled events this week. The search for our next men's basketball coach is a process that must start immediately and take priority until the position is filled. It is our goal to reschedule our caravan series in the coming months once we have our men's basketball coach in place to introduce him to Aggie Nation."
New dates and times will be announced at a later time by the athletics department.
