LAS CRUCES, N.M. โ The Aggie Caravan stop in Albuquerque has been rescheduled, and set for Thursday, June 2, at the Nativo Lodge ABQ (6000 Pan American NE) announced the NM State athletic department.
"I'm excited to meet with our fans in Albuquerque, and pleased we were able to reschedule this event," Director of Athletics, Mario Moccia said. "I'm looking forward to introducing our new head men's basketball coach Paul Weir to the community, and I know he is excited to meet everyone."
Social hour will begin at 5:30 p.m. (MT) for the event with the program set to begin at 6:30 p.m. The annual caravan features Weir, head football coach Doug Martin, Moccia and other NM State athletic department administrators.
The free event will have appetizers along with a cash bar.
"We will do everything we can to meet with Aggie fans around the state to create relationships. We also hope to continue to build on those relations that we've made." Moccia said.
