NMSU Men's Basketball has offered Namon Wright a Scholarship. He would not graduate from high school until 2014.
"Wright is a willowy wing-type with long arms and a frame that can add some definite good weight in the future. He has that quintessential Division I frame with excellent length (long arms/big hands) and he utilizes it well while slithering to the rim." Sophomore Namon Wright is a tremendous talent for Pacific hills. His perimeter shooting is very accurate along with his physical play. Look for Namon Wright in the next couple years.
What I think-
Namon Wright has a lot of talent and potential. He is already making a name for himself. To have offers to play in college, before your Junior year in high school says a lot about a player. The only thing is will this go to the kids head and cause him to slack off? I hope not and hopefully he will stay focused. He has a lot to offer the game of basketball and which ever team is lucky to get him. He is one player to watch over the next year.
