I like the out of the box thinking and the endless opportunities presented in the article. Why don't we sue UTEP or UNM and consider it hurting our interstate trade? Aren"t there federal laws prohibiting that?Don't we have alumni attorney's that can offer advise?

They ( Utep & Unm ) know NMSU won't ever go the sue route they would threaten to pull our rivalry games as payback for doing so. NMSU cannot afford to lose those games in b-ball and football those games are the Aggies biggest home revenue $ makers Utep & Unm could survive with the lost home revenue now that they are part of that monster conference which I'm sure will bring alot more money through TV contracts than NMSU will get wherever they end up playing.
